Landhouse Critical Mass

On Sunday 11th of October, a Critical Mass of cyclists, pedestrians, children and adults on scooters and a unicyclist joined together for a walk/ride around Bruton. The walk/ride was to show that the town needs better links for cyclist and walkers and, in particular, asking that the proposed pedestrian/cycle link to the planned Landhouse estate be built. Thanks to all those that joined us, thanks to those that organised the event and thanks to the motorists that drove very considerately. Also, many thanks to those (including Magnus Dennis and Robin Balme) that took these excellent photographs. For those that haven’t already signed, here is a link to the petition asking that a pedestrian path (suitable for cyclists, pushchairs etc) to the planned Landhouse development be built.
